Delivery Timescales

In-stock items are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Made-to-order furniture can take up to 21 days to manufacture, and our team will call you before delivery to confirm the date and time.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery is available on all orders over £349 + VAT. Products by Monarch, Spaceright Europe, Sico, Nautilus Designs, Eliza Tinsley and Teknik Office are always delivered free.

Smaller orders from some manufacturers carry a carriage charge, for example: KI Europe / Postura Plus £35 below £575, Titan Furniture £20 below £350, Remploy £40 below £375, Metalliform £45 below £250, Dynamic £25 below £300 (all plus VAT). Screens and folding display panels carry a £15 charge. The basket works this out for you.

Kerbside Or Inside Delivery

Standard delivery is kerbside, on the ground floor, and must be signed for by a member of school staff. Room placement and installation can be arranged for larger projects; just ask our team.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to mainland UK. We are happy to deliver to a shipping agent of your choice, provided UK VAT is paid when you order.

Returns & Damages

Please check your goods on arrival and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours. We do our best to accept unwanted items back into stock, but some products, including made-to-order furniture, cannot be returned.
